One essential aspect in the performative practice of Cristiana Cott Negoescu is the interaction between audience and performer, which is often made possible by machines. In collaboration with the Social Cognition in Human-Robot Interaction Department at the Instituto Italiano di Technologia in the Palazzo Ducale Genova, the performance »Homa Aparato« was staged during the course of her residency in Genoa.
